In line with the latest Government announcement, some of our gyms are within areas moving into Tier 4, the following summarises the changes to the rules of operation for gym facilities.

Those gyms located in Tier 4 area must unfortunately close, this information was updated on 31st December 2020:

  • Worcester
Clubs in Tier 2 - Gyms Can Open Normally And Group Exercise Classes Can Go Ahead
  • There are currently no locations within Tier 2

The following gives you further information about what you can do in each tier.

Visiting The Gym
Under Tiers 2 and 3, our gyms can operate fully. All of our key safety measures will continue to be implemented, these include strict social distancing, one-way systems, regular equipment cleaning, multiple sanitising stations, contactless entry, and more. You can find all our 8 Key Commitments for Covid-Safety here.

We also encourage you to become familiar with our Member Code of Conduct to ensure you do your part to keep yourself and others safe when at the gym.

Under Tier 4 - visiting the gym is not permitted and our facilities in these areas will, unfortunately, be closed until further notice, as soon as we are permitted to open we will do so.

Fitness Classes
Under Tier 2 we can run Group Fitness classes with a reduced capacity of participants and social distancing measures in place.

However, within Tier 3 locations, we are not permitted to conduct Group Fitness Classes or Aqua Fitness Classes. We understand this is disappointing as we know how much our members value these sessions. Even so, we are wholly committed to adhering to the guidelines set out by the government and our industry advisors.

Under the newly introduced Tier 4 - visiting the gym is not permitted and our facilities in these areas will, unfortunately, be closed until further notice. Therefore no Group Fitness Classes will be running on-site, however, we have a full and comprehensive timetable of online LIVE classes which happen every day and cover many types of workout for you to continue your exercise at home, the following section covers these online classes in more detail and explains how to access them via our Instagram channel.

Online Classes
Don't forget we offer a great selection of classes online which you can still participate in every day LIVE or via our recordings at a time to suit you. Our fabulous teachers have been working tirelessly throughout 2020 to keep you fit and motivated and are continuing to offer excellent sessions. We are currently offering many online classes via Instagram Live and IGTV on a daily basis and we will continue to do so into the New Year.
