I’m a Level 3 qualified Personal Trainer with a real passion for sport and movement. I played competitive football, basketball and athletics, which is where my love for fitness and strength training really started. Today, I specialise in calisthenics and hybrid strength training, combining bodyweight and resistance work to help you build strong, functional fitness.
I’m especially passionate about helping women feel more confident and comfortable in the gym. My aim is to create a supportive, positive space where you can push yourself, learn new skills, and feel proud of what your body is capable of.
