If you have any flu-like symptoms,
then please stay at home.
Pay attention and abide
by our signage and instructions.
If possible, arrive at the gym ready to workout
as Changing & Shower Facilities will be limited.
Only use
designated available equipment
Keep 1+ metres apart at all times
and respect others personal space.
Always wear clean gym kit
Use hand sanitiser
and wash your hands regularly.
Do not take towels
on to the gym floor or in the studio.
Do not shake hands
with staff or other members.
Please adhere to all club rules
and staff requests.
Cleaning schedules have increased, however, please
sanitise the equipment
before and after you use it.
Safety requirements mean that our water fountains will be switched off so please
bring your own water
or purchase a supply from the vending machines
Please limit your visits
To 90 Minutes
- to allow fair access to the gym and its facilities.
We politely request members bring their
Own Mat
to yoga and Pilates classes.

Refreshing and healthy - Pineapple, Coconut And Ginger Smoothie
Try this super smoothie with delicious pineapple, coconut and ginger. It has 5 major health benefits:
Helps your liver remove toxins from your body
Reduces inflammation

Gives you a bit of energy and va va voom!
Smoothie Recipe Serves 2
prep time 10 minutes
150g pineapple, peeled and cubed
1 banana
2 cm lump of ginger root
A carton of coconut water
Prepare and chop the pineapple
Peel the ginger and roughly chop it
Peel the banana and roughly chop
Place the pineapple into the large jug of your nutri blender.
Add in the banana, ginger and a squeeze of lime if you fancy an extra zing!
Fill to the maximum line with coconut water then blend for 30 seconds.
Add a few blocks of ice for a more tropical feel!
