MOVE: Celebrating International Women’s Day 2026

This March, Fitness4Less is moving with a mindset of generosity, collaboration, and support. As we celebrate International Women’s Day 2026, we are turning the spotlight on the incredible women who lead our clubs and the members who make our community so vibrant.

A Month of Reflection and Progress

Success is rarely a solo journey. It is built on the support we give one another and the shared commitment to showing up. This month is an opportunity to reflect on your "why", celebrate your personal wins, and recognise the progress you have made so far this year. Whether you are just starting your fitness routine or are a seasoned regular in our studios, every way you move counts.

Wisdom from Our Community Leaders

We asked some of the leading voices in our community, including Sarah Moffat (Colchester Assistant Manager) and Eleni Edwards (Cambridge Heath Assistant Manager), for their top advice on staying resilient and finding confidence. Here is what they had to share:

  • On Taking Up Space | "You belong there just as much as anyone else, and once you realise that, the environment starts to feel empowering rather than intimidating." - Eleni Edwards
  • On Mindset | "I am naturally a resilient person and find strength and belief that I can do it. And I am. Mindset is everything." - Sarah Moffat
  • On Body Image | "My body image has shifted massively, from focussing on how my body looks, to appreciating what it can do." - Eleni Edwards
  • On Energy Management | "I do listen to my body and if I need to rest, I do, as this is equally important." - Sarah Moffat
  • On Consistency | "Go into the workout with an open mind, that it might not be the best session but that’s o.k, it’s still good to at least move your body in some sort of way." - Eleni Edwards
  • On Building Habits | "Build a fitness routine that works around your lifestyle, and not against it. It doesn’t need to be over-complicated, just regular and consistent." - Eleni Edwards

Leadership Through Collaboration

At the heart of our clubs are women who lead by example. Throughout this month, we will be sharing the personal stories of our managers and instructors. From Sarah Moffat’s 17-year journey at Colchester to the high-energy leadership of our studio experts, these stories prove that fitness is about resilience and finding strength together.

Supporting Every Body

We believe that every woman deserves a space where she feels comfortable and confident. Our dedicated ladies-only areas and women's-focused workshops* are designed to provide a supportive environment where you can focus entirely on your goals.
*Please note that these dedicated spaces and workshops are available at select clubs only.
