From Monday 26th September Cambridge Heath members will experience a brand new class timetable with exciting new additions to the list! Make sure to book your spot in a class or two in the Members Area or via our mobile App. Some fun new additions to expect:

Les Mills Body Pump
BODYPUMP ™ is “THE ORIGINAL BARBELL CLASS ™ the ideal workout for anyone looking to get lean, toned and fit – fast. Using light to moderate weights with lots of repetition, BODYPUMP gives you a total body workout.

Les Mills Body Attack
A high-energy fitness class with moves that cater for total beginners to total addicts. We combine athletic movements like running, lunging and jumping with strength exercises such as push-ups and squats. A LES MILLS™ instructor will pump out energizing tunes and lead you through the workout – challenging your limits in a good way, burning up to 730 calories and leaving you with a sense of achievement.

Muay Thai Fitness
Based on the art of Thai Boxing, this fun energy-fuelled circuit class is based on the techniques used in Thai Kick Boxing and is suitable for all levels.

This class consists of both a cycling and a bootcamp-inspired section to ensure absolutely every part of the body is worked hard. Expect big tunes, heavy hill climbs and some tough circuits to push you far and beyond!

Align and strengthen your body. Regular Pilates practice can help improve posture, muscle tone, balance and joint mobility, as well as relieve the stress and tension we all sometimes feel.

Ladies Only Classes
Focused sessions on the main factor of getting toned: Weights and resistance training. Showcasing the use of different equipment in the ladies' gym, this class provides you with good knowledge of the perfect form and technique for each exercise which you will benefit from in your own training time.

Strong by Zumba
Zumba strong combines body weight, muscle conditioning, cardio and plyometric training synced to a specifically designed playlist. Every squat, every lunge, is driven by the music, helping you make it to the last rep, and maybe even five more. Zumba strong will help you burn calories while toning your arms, legs, abs and glutes. A great class if you enjoy explosive movements and dancing!
