Building Strength
Fitness classes are not just for cardio but can also help you build lean muscle mass and help get you toned or even bulk up. Look out for classes on our Virtual Studio such as CORE with Les Mills or the Abs Series with LA30. We also have BODYBALANCE with Les Mills which can help you build up strength. With a wide range of classes, these are just a few that can help you build muscle, but there are MANY others to try.



Mindfulness & Flexibility

After a long day of stress at work or maybe you just need a calming start to your day - try mindfulness! With expert instructors helping you boost your physical and mental wellbeing, you will not have a problem choosing from our Yoga, Pilates and even Meditation classes in the Virtual Studio.



Heart Health
Cardio classes are fun, fast-paced and beneficial for your heart health. They also help reduce the risk of deadly diseases such as high blood pressure and cholesterol. Our cardio classes combine martial arts, like our WAR classes and our GRIT classes with Les Mills that provide a full-body HIIT workout.
