From 11am on Saturday 23rd October all of our members will get the chance to share an exclusive FREE 7-Day Mini Membership with a friend to use during our Buddy Week next week. This will give your friend a full week to experience our amazing facilities, quality equipment, fun Group Fitness Classes, and friendly fitness environment. You also get the opportunity to switch up your workouts by bringing in a buddy to join you, meaning you can be more adventurous and maybe even try something new together.


How Do I Share A FREE 7-Day Mini Membership With A Friend?

Promotion dates: From 11am on Saturday 23rd October until 11am on Tuesday 26th October you will get the chance to gift a friend a FREE 7-Day Mini Membership for use during our Buddy Week.

To redeem, simply open up our mobile App on your smartphone and click the Buddy Week promotion to generate a unique discount code that you can share with a friend. This promotion will only be available from 23rd-26th October so don't forget to keep your App handy over the weekend. When used on our Mini Membership, your unique discount code will remove 100% of the Mini Membership fee, valued at £25!
