The Best Bits Of Group Fitness Classes

What's great about your Fitness4Less membership is that ALL indoor Group Fitness Classes are included and completely free, so you can try a few different ones out to see what you enjoy.

If you're feeling a bit nervous about getting involved with group fitness, or if you've never tried it before, here are a few of our top reasons to give it a go.

1. You don't need to be an expert to join in

Whether it's calming yoga or high-energy HIIT, our fitness classes are designed to be enjoyed by everyone no matter what your fitness level is. Our instructors are there to help you out and show you the ropes if you've never taken part before. Classes are friendly and inclusive and we strive to create a non-judgemental and supportive space to get fit.

2. Gain valuable knowledge from professional fitness instructors

Group exercise classes expose you to different pieces of equipment, and most importantly, show you how to use them properly. Our instructors teach you the correct form to avoid injury, helping you to maximise your workouts for great results.

If you have an injury and would like to know how you can adapt exercise to work for you, you can always let the instructor know before the class so they can advise you on how to protect your body during the class. They're always happy to help!

3. Add variety to your workouts

If you do the same workouts over and over it can start to feel boring and stale. This is one of the main reasons you may start to feel unmotivated and end up giving up on regular fitness. Instead, why not try something new to inject a bit of excitement into your gym session.

Switch it up every once in a while with a group class. You may learn something new to add to your own workout routines and the camaraderie of group fitness is a great way to reignite the motivation you may need to keep at it! Not to mention, every trainer has a different style of teaching so the experience will be fresh every time you go back.

4. Try something new

Our class timetable is varied with lots of different types of group classes to try out. If you like dancing you can try out Zumba or Boogie Bounce, or if you'd like to see what Spinning is all about then we've got you covered.

What's great is that all our classes are included for free in your membership, so why not give a new class a try - you may find something you really enjoy!

To read brief descriptions of all the classes we have to offer click this link to our Classes page and select your club location: https://www.fitness4less.co.uk/classes/

5. Hold yourself accountable

Sometimes the hardest thing about the gym is actually getting yourself there. By committing to book a Group Class in advance you're more likely to turn up instead of backing out at the last minute. Booking a spot is a great way to block out time for exercise around your busy schedule.

To book a class head to our App or Member Area on our website. We can't wait to see you there!
