Fitness4Less Canning Town To Get Major Upgrade

Fitness4Less Canning Town To Get Major Upgrade

We are delighted to announce that the Fitness4Less gym, located in London’s Canning Town, is to undergo a comprehensive refurbishment and modernisation, which will greatly improve both the facilities and equipment provided and the overall appearance and efficiency of the gym.

This major upgrade will commence in November 2018 and all areas of the club will be worked on one section at a time, to minimise disruption to our current members. The club will remain open throughout, so please bear with us – we promise that it will be well worth it in the end!

In planning this project, it was decided to take advantage of the window of opportunity while the club is relatively quiet during November and December, to get the most disruptive works out of the way. This will ensure that the major improvements are completed and the gym is looking great for a fresh start in the busy first three months of the New Year.

To whet your appetite, these are just some of the improvements for members to look forward to:-

  • The installation of a comprehensive range of the latest top quality Life Fitness and Hammer Strength fitness equipment, to make optimum use of the exercising space available.
  • New cardiovascular equipment with built-in TV screens and fully interactive consoles.
  • New resistance equipment with built-in time and rep counters, to help members track their workouts.

  • Extension of the Free Weights area, which will be equipped with a whole host of new items of kit, including Hammer Strength plate-loaded bench presses, Life Fitness and Ziva functional training equipment and weight plates with multiple sets of dumbbells, going up to 60kg.
  • New expanded gym space.

  • A brand new Prowler track, which will add variety and interest to members’ workouts, for ultimate conditioning and muscle-building.
  • Complete redecoration and renovation of the club with lots of additional full height glass panels to create light, space and atmosphere, which will be further enhanced by stylish new mood lighting.

  • A new, improved entry system, speeding up access to the gym.
  • Vastly extended opening hours - details to be confirmed.

Club Manager, Kelmar Rosales, is really enthusiastic about this project, which will make Fitness4Less Canning Town an even more exciting place, in which to work and to work out. He says, “This huge investment in our Canning Town gym underlines the Management's commitment to bringing our valued members the best equipment and facilities we can at the keenest possible price, and to constantly improve and upgrade our offer, taking full advantage of new developments and innovations in the fitness industry”.

Updates on the progress of the refurbishment and more details of the improvements planned will follow in the coming weeks, so watch this space..
