I’m a former international and professional basketballer. Since retiring, I have been on my journey to better fitness and wellbeing. I am passionate about working with people to build their confidence and support them in realising their goals. My interests are biomechanics, physical and mental wellness, and functional pain-free movement.
I will always strive to make things enjoyable because this helps sustain your long-term lifestyle goals.
Outside of the gym, my hobbies are exploring nature, especially hiking. I also enjoy practising martial arts.
