I am a personal trainer with a specialty towards strength acquisition and performance. My training mainly focuses on the lifts seen in both Powerlifting and Weightlifting and I believe everyone can benefit from strength training regardless of age, gender or ability.
My aim is to the help you achieve the level of strength you never thought possible and improve your performance in the foundational exercises.
