I specialise in creating bespoke training sessions using a variety of disciplines that are both effective and fun. My areas of expertise include a unique mix of high intense cardiovascular workouts, muscle building, power and strength weight training with the addition of weight/fat loss and core conditioning. Using a combination of bodyweight exercises and various weight training methods to achieve faster results. Understanding clients requirements and objectives, planning short term and long term goals and programs tailored to specific needs where needed.
