Membership Terms & Conditions

• Prices quotes in UK Pounds (GBP,£).
• Your administration fee covers all joining costs; your first session induction with a highly qualified personal trainer; issues you with your biometrics scanned fingerprint record and pin number; and also covers your first month's membership, no matter which membership you choose.
• There are two ways to pay your membership:
  • Annual or 3 month Prepaid: this means that you will pay your membership for the next three month period or the full year to come; or
  • Rolling Monthly: no contract, no maximum or minimum term, just stay as long as you wish, paying by direct debt.

• All members must be 18 years old or older. Members of 16 years and older may join with parental consent.
• Opening hours and access are subject to change.
• Abuse of membership, i.e. not paying fee's when due, continued incorrect use of equipment, verbal or physical abuse of Fitness4Less or Personal Training staff, will result in the cancellation of the membership immediately and any outstanding fee's, costs from damage or legal fees will be sought from you via CRS collections agency.
• Once your Direct Debit has been cancelled at the bank, the membership is expired immediately; it is the member’s responsibility to cancel the direct debit with their bank at a time which is convenient to them. Once a cancellation notice is received from the bank the membership access will be prohibited, the member data is deleted and memberships cannot be ‘re-activated’. Members wishing to continue to use the facility must re-join from scratch.
• We will not refund bank and administration fees or starter payments.
• We have the right to refuse your application for membership.
• During your membership, you must pay your subscriptions whether you use our facilities and services or not.
• Memberships are non-transferable.
• Memberships are non refundable.
• Memberships cannot be put on hold or frozen.
• We may suspend or cancel your membership and 'membership contract' if, at any time:
  • you seriously or repeatedly break these terms and conditions. or the terms and conditions of use or membership agreement;
  • you or your guests use rude or abusive language or violent behavior at any of our clubs, or if your behavior puts our other members or team members at risk from harm or affects their interests in some way.
• If we end or cancel your membership for any of the reasons listed here, we will not refund your bank and administration fee, starter payments, monthly subscription or annual payment (if you are an 'annual prepaid' member).
• By law, we do not have to pay you compensation for any service, facility or equipment not being available because of health and safety reasons or where it is for the benefit of your membership.
• By law, we do not have to pay you compensation for loss or damage you may suffer unless we fail to carry out our duties under these terms and conditions to a reasonable standard or break any duties we have to carry out by law.
• We will not compensate you if we have failed to carry out our duties due to:
  • a fault of your own;
  • a third party not connected with providing our services under these terms and conditions; or
  • events which we could not have known about beforehand even if we had taken all reasonable care.
• Fitness4Less has a policy of continuing to renew and improve club facilities and services and offer a wide range of equipment, to support us in doing this, each club charges all members an annual club enhancement fee of £5. Members are informed of this fee via email, via the newsletter and on club notices. The fee will be taken with the normal monthly direct debit payments during March of each year

Fitness4Less invites you to visit its website. Access to and use of the site is subject to the terms and conditions outlined herein and all applicable laws. Fitness4Less reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions from time to time by updating this notice.

This is an offer made by Fitness4Less to you under whom you are invited to browse, peruse and interact for your own personal education, information and communication with Fitness4Less. This offer is expressly conditional on your acceptance of these terms and conditions. This Agreement represents the entire agreement between you and Fitness4Less concerning access to the Fitness4Less website and takes precedence over all such existing communications and/or agreements.

You acknowledge that whilst every effort is made to ensure that all information contained in the Fitness4Less website is accurate and up-to-date, Fitness4Less makes no warranty as to its accuracy and you accept that any and all use of information contained on the Fitness4Less website is at your own risk. Fitness4Less shall not be liable for any direct or consequential loss arising from your access to and/or use of or inability to access and/or use the Fitness4Less website or any erroneous or omitted information contained on the Fitness4Less website.

You accept that the entire content of the Fitness4Less website is protected by copyright and that Fitness4Less is either the proprietor or licensee of all copyright in the material contained thereon. Fitness4Less reserves all its rights as copyright proprietor of the Fitness4Less website and prohibits without limitation downloading, distribution, exhibition, copying, adaptation, reposting, modification of and dealing in any copyright material contained therein save as expressly provided herein without the express written authorisation of Fitness4Less. You are advised that all communications made via the Fitness4Less website and/or email including but not limited to competition entries is strictly on a non-confidential basis and you hereby grant to Fitness4Less an exclusive perpetual licence to use the content of any such communication for any purposes whatsoever.

You acknowledge that Fitness4Less reserves all its rights as proprietor of all its trade marks and logos.

You are advised that any and all images of people and/or places and/or events are lawfully used by Fitness4Less and that any misuse of these images by you is prohibited. You are further reminded that any such misuses of images may be a violation of copyright law, trade mark law, rights of privacy, publicity and personality, laws of defamation and/or obscenity, communications regulations and other legal provisions.

Fitness4Less reminds you that they police and enforce their rights vigorously to the maximum extent available under the law.
