    One one of our helpful team will assist you with membership or fitness queries, whilst you access the club via our bio-metric fingerprint scanners.

  • 2. Changing Areas

    These include; spacious changing areas with showers, vanity areas, hairdryers and toilet facilities. We provide lockers for storage of your personal belongings, secured by padlock, these are available for purchase in our vending machines.

  • 3. Spin Studio

    Did you know... Group Cycling classes are one of the most efficient fitness and calorie burning exercises you can get involved in? We run regular introductory sessions for those who are new, but all classes allow you to work out at your own level and intensity.

  • 4. Resistance Area

    This mixed gym environment, includes fitness kit to work on every body part. We promote a relaxed and open atmosphere, where we hope everyone will feel comfortable, no matter what your fitness level or experience.

  • 5. Cardio Fitness Area

    This section of the gym is packed with the latest equipment, we offer treadmills, cross trainers, upright and recumbent bikes and rowing machines all to help tone your muscles and improve your heart and lung fitness.

  • 6. The Studio

    Exercising in a group environment can be more motivational than exercising alone and we aim to offer a complete range of group fitness classes. A full range of FREE classes is available on your club page online. Schedules are always being improved and updated and we have a policy of introducing new and interesting sessions on a regular basis.

  • 7. Free Weights

    You will find a comprehensive range of free weights at fitness4less as we are committed to the benefits of dumbbells, barbells and functional training methods to improve form and overall strength.

  • 8. Ladies Only Gym

    Often with private access from the ladies changing facilities, our ladies only gym areas are essentially a fully equipped ‘mini gym’. We include a range of cardio machines, resistance equipment, free weights and a stretch area, for those who might feel comfortable working out with a bit of privacy.

  • 9. Functional Training

    We provide cutting edge functional training equipment with options for traditional bodyweight exercises. Customise your work out with training attachments to suit your training space and requirements.

  • 14. Power Zone

    This is our disco style cardio room. No high heels though and definitely no dancing around your handbag!
